Orca

Trapped by the sandy angle

and hard rocks of beaches,

the jaw of a house-trained whale-skull

talks purely of bleaches.

Dried and cracked in their sockets,

teeth of the tricked-out killer

are held in neatly with dabs

of quick-setting bodywork filler.

Only the loose one finding your palm

snug as a seal,

will wheedle some watery salt from you,

sink in your fat and heal.
